Can I request a specific seat?
Passengers traveling on Flexi Saver and Business Class fares are eligible for pre-reserved seat selection. To request a specific seat within your booking class, please contact our reservations team as early as possible, and no later than 72 hours before departure. While we strive to accommodate seat requests, specific seating preferences cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. For assistance, reach out to our reservations team today!
Can I bring food and drinks from outside on board?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food onboard; however, we kindly ask that you be mindful of fellow passengers and avoid consuming items with strong or unappealing odors. Please note that the consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted—only beverages served by our crew may be consumed during the flight. As a full-service airline, we take pride in offering complimentary meals and snacks, and we hope you enjoy our onboard dining experience while traveling with us.
Does the aircraft have in-flight entertainment?
While digital in-flight entertainment is not yet available on our flights, we are actively working on bringing this feature to you soon—stay tuned! Can I buy duty-free items on board?
At this time, duty-free items are not available for purchase onboard. However, we are actively exploring this option for the future and look forward to enhancing your inflight experience. Stay tuned for updates!
