Payment Options
Excess Baggage Can Be Paid For At The Airport Or Prepaid Through Your Booking Agent. Please Note That Prepaid Baggage Is Non-Refundable, Even If The Actual Baggage Weight Is Less Than What Was Paid For.
Check-in Requirements
If You Are Traveling With Excess Or Overweight Baggage, We Kindly Ask You To Arrive Early To Allow Sufficient Time To Complete Check-In Formalities.
Packing Guidelines
For Security And Safety Reasons, Please DO NOT Pack Perishables, Medicines, Or Valuables In Your Excess Luggage.
Space-Available Basis
Excess Baggage Is Accepted Only If Space Permits And Is Subject To Aircraft Weight Limits. Fees For Excess Baggage Are Collected At The Airport At The Time Of Check-In.
Carriage on Next Available Flight
If We Accept Your Excess Or Overweight Baggage, It May Not Be Transported On The Same Flight As You. We Will Make Every Effort To Send It On The Next Available Flight With Sufficient Load Capacity.
No Guarantee of Carriage
Naoero Airlines Cannot Guarantee That Additional Baggage Will Be Transported. Acceptance Is At Our Sole Discretion And Subject To Aircraft Load Constraints.
